Is the show appropriate for children?
YES! The show is family friendly and designed for all ages to enjoy. It is sophisticated enough for an adult audience, yet PG rated and easily holds the attention span of a child.
How long is the show? Is there an intermission?
The show is performed straight thru without an intermission. Depending on exact illusions performed and audience response times, the shows range from 75-90 minutes in length.
Are there food and drinks available?
Yes. We have a full service bar that serves both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, there are a variety of desserts/snacks available as well. We are located in the center of Emerald Grand’s Harbor Walk Village and surrounded by numerous restaurants and specialty food vendors that are just steps away!
We are planning to watch the fireworks as well as your show. Can we see them from your location? What if the fireworks are late starting?
We have the perfect location to watch the fireworks! They are shot directly in front of our location and you can stand on our balcony and have a direct, unobstructed view as they explode over the water. You won’t miss the fireworks or the magic because we will “hold” the show in the event that the fireworks are delayed for any reason.
Can you get my child on stage?
During the show, several audience members are invited to participate in the magic in various ways. Normally, these are chosen at random with respect to age and any physical limitations they might have.
Can we take pictures / video of the show?
Photography, video and/or audio recording of the show is not allowed.
Is the magic in the show real?
ALL of the magic performed in the show is based on special effects and/or illusions that are performed for the audience’s entertainment/amusement only. There are absolutely no claims of anything super-natural... it’s all just for show. We do not support or endorse other performers that promote themselves otherwise.
Are there different shows?
Bart Rockett is constantly changing his shows to include new material so no two shows are exactly alike.
Where are you located?
We are located just off of Hwy 98 as you come across the main bridge coming into Destin. Part of the Emerald Grande’s Harbor Walk Village (the tallest building in Destin – you can’t miss it). The theater is located on the 2nd level right in the center of the action. (Near the main staircase/elevators and across from the lighthouse).
