What benefits does an oxygen bar provide?
Oxygen has been known to promote healing, increases physical performance, endurance, energy levels, and more. People have noted that increased oxygen acts as a stress reliever while improving overall alertness.
How does the oxygen bar work?
An oxygen concentrator takes in the room air, which is 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen, and separates the nitrogen with a molecular filter. The 90% oxygen is then humidified by passing through the scented water and then through the nasal cannula to be inhaled.
What are the hours of operation?
Spa O2 is open during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am to 6pm
- Sunday: Closed
