The experience is about 45-60 minutes long.
Will I get to see Niagara Falls?
No. Tours do not include views of Niagara Falls.
What kinds of rapids will we experience?
Guests experience class 3 and class 5 rapids, including one named Devils Hole.
Will I get wet?
It all depends on your seat selection. Guests can choose between a wet and dry tour.
Are changing rooms available?
Yes. It is recommended that guests who choose a “wet” tour bring a change of clothes.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, weather appropriate attire. If you choose to sit in the Wet Deck, make sure you bring a change of clothes as you will be soaked by the end of the ride.
Does the ride have height and weight restrictions?
Yes. Guests must be at least 4 years old and 40 inches tall. Children riding the ‘Coaster Seating’ must be a minimum of 80 lbs. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
When should I arrive for my tour?
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Do I need my passport?
No. Even though the boat does cross the border into Canada, you do not need a passport.
Are the boats accessible?
Should a guest have a disability and needs assistance getting on the boat, our crew will physically assist them. Guests must be able to hold themselves in an upright position.
