When should I plan to arrive for the show?
The theater opens for seating 30 minutes prior to curtain time. There may be a wait to enter the theatre, due to security. The theater does not allow late seating, so show up on time!
Can I use my phone at the show?
Phones must be turned off during the performance, but you may be able to take pictures and share your experience before and after the show and at intermission.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the theater?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theater.
Does the theater have concessions for purchase?
Yes. There are two full-service bars located on the Orchestra Level and Dress Circle Level, and guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theater to their seats.
Does the theater have a dress code?
No.
Is wheelchair accessible seating available?
Yes. Wheelchair access is available at the 44th Street entrance. Designated ADA locations are available in the Orchestra level. Elevator access available to the Ambassador Lounge, located on the Dress Circle level. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are also available.
Are listening devices available?
Yes. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
Is the show ideal for kids?
The show is recommended for ages 12 and up.

The show is 2 hours and 15 minutes long with one intermission.

The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am-8:00 pm.
Will my bag be searched?
Yes. For the safety of all audience members, bags are searched by security upon arrival.

Yes. Coat check is available in the Box Office lobby. There is a charge of $2 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangements for such items before arriving at the theatre.
