When should I plan to arrive for the show?
The theater opens for seating 30 minutes prior to curtain time. There may be a wait to enter the theatre, due to security. The theater does not allow late seating, so show up on time!
Can I use my phone at the show?
Phones must be turned off during the performance, but you may be able to take pictures and share your experience before and after the show and at intermission.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the theater?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theater.
Does the theater have concessions for purchase?
Yes. There is one bar located on in theater’s lower lounge, one bar located on the main level, and one bar located on the mezzanine level where alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, can be purchased. Bottled water and beverages with secure tops are permitted in the auditorium. The mezzanine bar begins serving patrons 50 minutes prior to the performance, and the bars located on the main level and lower lounge begin serving patrons 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. All bars are open at intermission.
Does the theater have a dress code?
No.
Is wheelchair accessible seating available?
There are designated wheelchair and companion seats in the rear of the orchestra section. If the patron can transfer from their wheelchair to a seat, orchestra locations as close as the first 10 rows where armrest lifts for easy transfer are available. No steps involved.
For guests with limited mobility, there are seats available with folding armrests (“Aisle transfer seats”) in these locations:
- Orchestra (no stairs): D101, D114, F1, F2, G101, G114, R1, R2, R101, R114, T1, Z101.
- Mezzanine (stairs required): E19, E20, E 114.
Are listening devices available?
Yes. Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit. Additionally, for low vision/deaf and hard of hearing guests, accessible seats are available in the Orchestra C 1-3, C 2-4.

The show is recommended for ages 12 and up.
