No. The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Guests caught violating this policy are subject to a fee at the hotel management’s discretion.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo ID to reserve and check-in to a room at the hotel.

Yes. Two hotel pools are available for guests to enjoy.

No. The hotel does not have a fitness center.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guests can take advantage of valet parking for $40 per day with in and out privileges. Municipal Parking Garages are also available for $1.00 per hour or $20.00 flat rate for overnight parking. You must pay each time you exit. Street parking is also offered throughout South Beach for $4 per hour from 9:00 am to 3:00 am daily.
