How many villas are available at Beachtree Villas?
There are 30 villas available.

How many floors constitute your property?
Each building has two stories. As a result, guests can request to have either and upstairs or downstairs unit.

What is the minimum age required for check-in at the resort?
The minimum age for check-in is 21. There must be at least one registered guest who is at least 21 occupying the unit the entire duration of the stay.

Do you provide shuttles to the theme parks and/or shopping malls?
No.

Do you have a restaurant, lounge or gift shop on-site?
No.

How many adjoining rooms are available at Beachtree Villas?
Adjoining units are not available but adjacent units are available.

How many buildings comprise your units?
Beachtree Villas’ units are located in four different communities (sub-divisions) that are located with 1.5 miles

Do you have any resort fees?
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee of $45 plus %13 tax (totaling $50.85)

What is the charge for cribs and rollaways?
Cribs can be rented for $25.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per crib and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. Highchairs can be rented for $25.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per highchair and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. Cribs and Highchairs can be rented as a pair for $35.00 plus 13% tax and are subject to availability. Rental Fee is based per pair and is applicable for the duration of the guest’s stay. We do not offer rollaways in our units.

What are the pool hours at Beachtree Villas?
Pool hours vary by community.

Is late check-in available?
Yes. Our office hours are from 9:00AM – 5:00PM. We recommend all guests to contact us with their estimated time of arrival. For those that are arriving after 5:00PM, we will provide them with after-hours check-in procedures.
