How many vacation homes are available at Trafalgar Village?

Do you have a minimum age required for check-in?
Guests must be at least 21years old.
Do you have any resort fees?
Resort Fee is $10 dollars per night per room
Do you have any cleaning fees at Trafalgar Village?
Guest staying 1-4 nights will be responsible for a Departure Cleaning fee. The rates are as follows: 3 bedroom cleaning fee is $69; 4 bedroom cleaning fee is $79; 6 bedroom cleaning fee is $99. This charge is for basic housekeeping. This is a self catering resort therefore they will not receive daily housekeeping services, standard hotel amenities are not provided guest.
Do you have a recreation facility with amenities like a pool?
Trafalgar Village Resort has a Clubhouse with 1 community pool, 1 community Jacuzzi, billiard room, game room, fitness center, sand volley ball court, walking trails, children playground and a man made beach (not for swimming but you can enjoy the view or have a picnic on a nice day).
What type of parking do you have?
Parking would be at least for 2 cars on the driveway of the house. Some units have the availability of the garage but not guaranteed.
What is your check-in procedure?
Upon booking the reservation, the guest will receive an email with the registration form they will have to sign and fax back to Trafalgar Village with a copy of the drivers license and credit card used upon booking. After receiving this, Trafalgar Village will email the guest 72 hours prior to arrival with a check in procedure with unit number and lock box code as well as directions to the property and emergency contact information.
