As a pet friendly property, do you have a pet fee?
Yes. Guests with pets are charged a $100 deposit (refundable). A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One dog or one cat allowed per unit. Chows, Boxers & Bull Dogs are not permitted.

Does Emerald Pointe charge any fees?
Yes, there is a fee for High Speed Wireless Internet Access (1-day $9.99, 3 days $24.99 & 7 days $39.99). We also collect a $50 deposit on a debit or credit card upon check-in.

What is the charge for cribs and rollaways?
There is no charge for these items.
