What does hop-on and hop-off mean?
You may hop-on and hop-off at any of the Big Bus stops to visit attractions and points of interest.  The open-top double decker bus is an enjoyable and convenient way to see New York with famous landmarks.

Where can I redeem my E-ticket?
You may redeem your E-ticket at either the M&M Worlds Stop (Stop 1) at 48th street and 7th Ave in Times Square OR at the Welcome Center inside BB Kings (237 west 42nd Street) 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.

What time do the tours start and how often do the buses run?
Big Bus Tours runs every day, except New Year’s Eve. The Downtown loop is between 8am to 5pm and the Uptown Loop is between 8:50am to 5:15pm. Tours run approximately every 20-30 minutes, timing is subject to change.

How long does the tour take?
A full circuit of both the Uptown and Downtown Loops takes approximately 4 hours. Please allow for more time if you plan to hop-on and off at any of the stops.  The Downtown Loops is about 2 hours. The Uptown Loop is 2 hours. The Brooklyn Tour is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Night Tour is 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Is commentary available in my language?
They offer a live guided commentary in English on the Uptown and Downtown Loops as well as the Brooklyn and Night Tours. Recorded Commentary is also available in the following 10 languages on the Uptown and Downtown Loops: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean and Russian.

What if my child is under 5 years old?
Children under the age of 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

What if it rains?
The tours still operate with inclement weather.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most of the buses are wheelchair accessible.
