Where is the Palace Theatre located?
We are located at Broadway at the Beach.
When do the doors open to the theatre?
The doors open approximately one hour prior to show time.
Is there a pre-show for Carnival of Magic?
Yes. Pre-show starts 15 minutes prior to show time.
If my child is 2 years or younger, do they need a seat?
No. They are considered a lap child. If you want a seat, a child's ticket will need to be purchased.
Are booster seats available at the Palace Theatre?
Yes. Booster seats are available but a child's ticket purchase is required. Ask the usher for a booster seat when you are being seated.
Are guests allowed to meet and greet the performers in Carnival of Magic?
Yes. The audience can meet the magician after the show.
Are cameras, audio or video recording allowed at the show?
As a courtesy to the performers, cameras and video cameras are prohibited during the show.
What is the length of your intermission?
Intermission is 15-20 minutes.
Approximately how long is the Carnival of Magic?
The show is approximately 2 hours long.
What type of parking do you have?
There is plenty of free parking available to guests, with easy access for seniors.
Do you have handicapped seating?
Yes. The theatre is handicapped accessible. Please request wheelchair seating at time of reservation.
