Big Bus Chicago Sightseeing Tours

How do I redeem my E-ticket?
Please print your ticket and present it to a member of Big Bus staff at any one of our hop-on, hop-off stops before you start your tour.

What kind of bus is the Big Bus Tour?
It is an open-top, double-decker bus. An entertaining commentary is provided in English by a live guide. You can hop-on and hop-off at any of the Big Bus stops to visit attractions and places of interest.

On which days does the tour operate?
Big Bus Tours Chicago runs every day of the year. Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.

What time do tours start and how often do buses run?
Our service operates daily and the first tour is at 9:00 am and the last tour departs from stop 1 at 4:00 pm. Timings are subject to change, so please check with a member of Big Bus staff.

Where can I start the tour?
You may board our buses and start your tour at any of our ‘hop-on, hop-off’ stops.

How long does the tour take?
A full circuit takes approximately 2 - 2.5 hours. Please allow for more time if you plan to hop-on and off at any of our stops.

Is the commentary available in my language?
We have live guides providing commentary in English.

What is the child policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible.
