Summit Manor Condominiums are located within walking distance to major Gatlinburg attractions including The Gatlinburg Convention Center and Downtown Gatlinburg. The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is less than a half mile away.
Are pets allowed in the condo?
No. Pets are not permitted inside rented condos.
Are the condos accessible via wheelchair?
Yes, we have wheelchair accessible condominiums. Should you require a wheelchair accessible condo, please note this in the “special needs” box when making your reservation.
