How long is the show?
The show is approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes long with a brief intermission.
Is this show appropriate for children?
This show is recommended for children ages 12 and up. Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted into the theater.
Where is the theater located?
The Broadway Theatre is located at 1681 Broadway at the corner of West 53rd Street.
Are there devices for the hard-of-hearing?
Yes. Available free-of-charge inside the lobby.
Where is show merchandise available?
A limited selection in the lobby during the day when the box office is open.
What time should I arrive at the theater?
Doors open 45 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time.
Are there concessions inside the theater?
Yes. Soft drinks, water, cocktails, candy, and show merchandise (no food). Food is strictly prohibited in the theater.
Can I take photographs of the show?
Recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?
Please note that the theater is not entirely accessible. Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. Wheelchair seating is located in the Orchestra only.
