What does the resort fee include?
The Resort Fee is standard for all reservations and includes daily access to the on-site waterpark, free parking, pool towels, free local and long distance calls, copies, faxes, in-room coffee, and in-room safes.

How close is the hotel to the airport?
Crown Reef Resort is a short 2 miles from the airport.

What parking options are available to guests?
Each reservation may purchase one parking pass per unit if booked in a standard room/efficiency or two per suite. A $5/night charge per vehicle for overnight parking will be charged at check-in. There is a $15 charge for trailer parking.

What is the minimum check-in age?
Guests must be a minimum of 21 years old.

Is the resort pet-friendly?
No. Pets are not permitted on resort property. Service animals with proof of certification are welcome.

What are the hours of operation for the resort pools/waterpark?
Hours of operation are as follows:

• Mid-fall through mid-spring: Our Waterpark will be enclosed and will be open Monday – Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm and Friday - Sunday 9 am - 9 pm
• Mid-spring through mid-fall: Our Waterpark will be open everyday 9 am - 9 pm
• Additional pools & hot tubs: always open 9 am - 11 pm

Hours and dates are subject to change; waterpark hours and enclosure are based on weather.

Are the pools heated?
All pools, including the indoor pool facility and year-round waterpark, which is seasonally enclosed, are heated throughout the year.

Does the resort offer breakfast?
We offer breakfast year round, and the buffet is based on occupancy at our Town Center. If there is no buffet we offer menu order and express breakfast. Breakfast is not included but can be added to your reservation for an extra charge.

Are rollaway beds and/or cribs available?
Cribs and rollaway beds are not available. Pack n Plays are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Can I reserve a smoking unit?
No. All rooms and suites are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas of the resort.

What is included in the kitchen suite?
The kitchen suites come with basic cooking and dining supplies such as a frying pan, large pot, and place settings.

Are in-room safes offered?
Yes.

Do all rooms face the ocean?
Yes. All rooms are oceanfront rooms.
