Can I reserve a smoking room?
No. The hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Yes. The following pet policy applies:

• A cleaning fee of $50 per night will be charged (Maximum of $150 will be charged for stays of three nights and more). 
• No more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom. 
• A health certificate for each pet, obtained from a veterinarian within 10 days of the pet's arrival must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. 
• Guests arriving with pets will be placed in pet-friendly rooms. 
• Arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning. 
• Dogs may be walked in designated areas only.
• If the dog's behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool/lounge or restaurant areas.
• Pet-friendly rooms include non-smoking Garden View rooms only. 
• Club rooms do not participate in the program.

Does the hotel offer parking?
Yes. Both self-parking and valet parking are available for an additional fee:

• Self-Parking: $22 plus tax per night 
• Valet Parking: $29 plus tax per night

Can I request a crib or rollaway bed?
Cribs are complimentary. Rollaway beds are available for $25 per day plus tax and are available on a first come, first served basis. Only one rollaway is allowed per room.

Does the hotel offer Internet access?
Yes. Guests can use the complimentary WiFi.

Is a complimentary breakfast served?
No. However, the Hard Rock Hotel has several restaurants and cafes on-site for guests to enjoy.

Is there a theme park shuttle?
Yes. Guests can use the complimentary water taxis or shuttle bus directly to both theme parks and Universal CityWalk.

Does the hotel offer complimentary airport transportation?
No.

Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes. The hotel has a 12,000 square foot pool, sand beach, two hot tubs, interactive fountains, a kids area, and a 260-foot pool slide.

Will my room include a mini-fridge and/or microwave?
Rooms include a mini-fridge. Microwaves can be requested for an additional fee.

Will my room include a safe?
Yes.

What is the minimum age to check-in?
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in to the hotel.
