What is the availability of the tour?
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Tour not available: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years’ Day.
What should I bring?
Guest 21 years of age must bring a valid photo ID (or passport) in order to consume alcohol.
What should I wear?
Moderate walking involved. Advise guest to wear comfortable shoes and dress comfortably.
Is the tour appropriate for children?
Yes.
Is transportation included?
Yes, Waikiki hotel pickups are from 8 AM– 8:40 AM.
Is the attraction/tour/activity wheelchair accessible?
Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs. and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
Is Lunch included in my ticket/experience?
Yes, Lunch includes a personal size wood-fired pizza and farm-to-table salad, and gelato for children, at Kō Hana Rum.
