Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended due to the limited number of flights and increasing popularity of the tour.
How early should I arrive to check in for my flight?
Please have your group check in no longer than 15 minutes before your flight. Flights do depart on time and they will not be held for late arrivals.
How many people will be on the flight with my group?
There can be a maximum of six people on board or a minimum of two. Please do not worry - there is a window seat for everyone on board.
What safety measures are in place for passengers?
Safety is the top priority for all flights. Seaplane Adventures boasts a spotless safety record of decades of accident free flying over the San Francisco Bay and destinations all over the great State of California.
Do you have seat belt extensions?
We do not have seat belt extensions in Seaplane Adventures aircraft. If you require a seat belt extension on a commercial flight, you will need one.
Do I have to sing a waiver agreement?
Yes. All passengers are required to sign a waiver before boarding their flight.
Is parking available at the Seaplane base?
Yes. They have plenty of free parking available at their lot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.
