Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Yes. Tours fill up quickly. Purchasing tickets in advance will secure your spot on the tour for your desired date.

How long are the tours?
Tours range from 3 to 3.5 hours long.

Is parking available?
Public parking is available near the meeting location for the tour.

Are food allergies and dietary restrictions accommodated on this tour?
If you or someone in your party has a known food allergy or dietary restriction, mention this when purchasing your tickets online.

Is transportation provided?
This is a walking tour that covers approximately 2 to 2.25 miles of level ground. Participants can expect to walk and/or stand for the majority of the tour experience. Resting opportunities are included throughout the tour.

Where does the tour begin and end?
The tour begins at Caldo Pomodoro and ends at Gaia Gelato, about one block from the starting location. All participants receive a map while on the tour.

Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes.

Are beverages served on the tour?
Water is provided at every location. Wine is served at one of the stops. Additional beverages can be purchased at your discretion from any of the stops on the tour.

How many stops are on the tour?
The tours stop at 7 to 8 tastings.

What clothing should I wear on the tour?
Tours are rain or shine, so dress appropriately! Layers are always a good option for the San Diego weather.

Can children participate in the tour?
Absolutely. Children under the age of 5 are free. For children 5-11 years of age, a reduced rate is available. This is a family-friendly tour, so bring all of your family members for a tasty time!

I won’t be eating on the tour; do I still have to purchase a ticket?
Yes. All participants must purchase a ticket in order to join the tour.

Is there a refund/rescheduling policy?

Any cancellations or changes made by the listed cancellation date will receive a FULL REFUND with absolutely NO CANCELLATION FEES. Any reservations past the cancellation date cannot be changed or canceled.

What is included in the ticket price?
All tastings are included in the price. Tipping at each location is not required. Tipping tour guides is allowed, per your discretion.
