Yes. Guests may bring their furry friends for an additional fee of $25.00 USD per stay, per pet. There will be a $150.00 USD charge per pet for not notifying the hotel that there will be a pet in the room. Pet must be caged when left unattended. Only dogs are permitted on hotel property. Service animals are also welcome.
Can I reserve a smoking room?
No. Comfort Inn at Carowinds is a 100% smoke-free hotel.
Does the hotel have parking onsite?
Yes. Guests may use the complimentary self-parking lot at their leisure. The parking lot also offers plenty of space for buses, RVs, trailers, and trucks.
Can I request a crib and/or rollaway bed?
The hotel does not offer cribs or rollaway/extra beds for guests.
What is the minimum age to check-in?
Guests must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in and reserve a room.
Does the hotel have accessible rooms?
Yes. Accessible rooms may be reserved. Please note your request for an accessible room when making your reservation.
