Christmas on Ice is an amazing show for ages 2 - 102 and everything in between!
What is the seating procedure if I arrive late to the performance?
If you arrive late to the show, see an attendant at the box office.
Any obstructed views?
There are no obstructed views. Every seat is a GREAT seat!

Will I need an ID?
Yes, you will need ID.
What time should we arrive at the venue? When do the doors open? Any pre show entertainment?
The doors open 45 minutes prior to showtime. There is plenty to do at the venue before the show. Grab a drink at our concessions area and enjoy the sunshine in the outside patio area!
Does the venue have parking?
There is plenty of parking adjacent to the tent location.
Does the tent have toilets/baby changing facilities?
Yes indeed it does!
Is the show wheelchair accessible?
The venue is completely ADA compliant. Please put your request in the "Have Special Needs" section while making your reservation.
Can I take pictures during the performance?
For the safety of our performers the use of flash photography and video recording is prohibited. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take still pictures and post them on as many social websites as they feel fit!
Running time of the show?
The show runs for 2 hours with a 20 minute intermission.
Can we take our own food and drink inside the venue?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the venue.
Are there concessions?
Yes, there is a concessions and gift shop area selling snacks, soft drinks, ice cream and popcorn.
Are there any animals in the show?
No, there are no animals in the show.
