Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of downtown Austin, half of a block west of Congress Avenue on the North side of the street. Look for the bike shop fabricated out of shipping containers. Address: 102 1/2 W 3rd Street.
What are your hours?
This tour departs Thursday-Saturday at 10:00 am and 1:30 pm.
How long is the tour?
The tour lasts 3 hours.
I’m not a great bike rider, should I try this?
If you are taking our tour, let us know how much you ride and how fast you want to go. Most of our tours are like “walks on a bicycle” rather than a race.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Please, no sandals or flip flops. Our bikes have water bottle cages, so bring water. Bring a backpack for personal belongings or rent a saddle bag from the shop.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will cancel our tours as we see fit for weather that is unsafe. There are no cancellations for tours 48 hours prior to reservation.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
